Our creative art groups support young people aged 12–17 who may be struggling with confidence, anxiety, or big emotions. In a calm, supportive setting, we help teens express themselves safely and build self-belief. No pressure, no judgement, and no art skills needed—just a space to feel understood and supported.

Katrine Palsager MBACP
Katrine is a qualified therapist and former school counsellor, with experience leading creative art projects for young people. She now runs Kore Rooms in Hove, offering supportive, creative spaces for emotional wellbeing.
